Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson, born in Paris France of British parents Jacqueline Luesby Watson and Chris Watson both of whom were lawyers. After relocating to Oxfordshire around the age of five, she enrolled in The Dragon School. Emma was just six when she made the decision to pursue a career as an actress. She was trained for many years at Stagecoach Theatre Arts, a full-time school of theatre in Oxford where she was taught acting and singing. The actress had performed in a variety of Stagecoach or school shows when she was 10 years old. Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (2000) the 2001 version to J.K. The film was praised by critics who praised the film and particularly the young performers. The Daily Telegraph, an influential British newspaper, called Emma's performance "amazing".
